We removed the broken disconnect and the faulty switch as the first step. With those components out, we installed a new junction box to provide a safe, accessible connection point for the pool timers. From the junction box we ran a wire to each new timer that the homeowner had selected.

The main pump runs on its programmed schedule and the second pump is powered with its time and date set, but without scheduled run times. All connections were secured and the system was left in working order so the pool service company could proceed with their weekly maintenance visit.
